The services are divided into 3 lots: * Lot 1: supply and delivery of new or used light vehicles (minimum quantity: 1 - maximum quantity: 10)* Lot 2: supply and delivery of new or used light commercial vehicles (minimum quantity: 1 - maximum quantity: 6)* Lot 3: supply and delivery of new or used vans (minimum quantity: 1 - maximum quantity: (8) the framework agreement will result in the conclusion of follow-on contracts. These markets will be ordinary markets
