The subject of the contract is the demolition of building B located in the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Toruń, 32 Prosta Street (identifier of the plots on which the facility is located: 046301_1.0017.213 and 046301_1.0017.216/1). The investor has a decision on the permit to carry out works on the monument no. BMKZ 4125.3.87.2022.MOB of 8.06.2022. Issued by the President of the City of Toruń and the decision on the demolition permit no. WaiB.6741.11.26.25.2022.MSch of 2.08.2022.

The object intended for demolition is located in the KW PSP in Toruń, it is fenced and protected against access by third parties. In addition to the object to be demolished, the site includes a historic headquarters building ("A"), a historic defensive wall and a fragment of the moat retaining wall. In addition, there are paved surfaces not intended for demolition and greenery. The building is located in the conservation protection zone. All other objects located on the plot, and not intended for demolition, should be protected against damage during the performance of the subject of the contract.

In addition, the Contractor includes:

a) Carrying out demolition works in accordance with the conditions set out in the Decision of the President of the City of Toruń NR WAiB.6741.11.26.25.2022 MSch (Demolition permit)

b) employment of a construction manager – a person with all the required rights to perform and supervise works and meet the requirements set out in Article 37 c of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and care of monuments in connection with construction works carried out at monuments entered in the register of monuments

(c) liability for any possible damage caused by the execution of the works;

d) immediately notify the Municipal Conservator of Monuments about the event of threats or disclosure during the course of work of new circumstances that may affect the state of preservation of monuments or the scope of work;

e) immediately notify the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments about the case of threats or disclosure during the course of work of new circumstances that may affect the state of preservation of archaeological monuments;

f) The Contractor must ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the KW PSP in Toruń in building "A", and it is absolutely necessary to ensure continuity of work in the Command Post of the Provincial Commander (located on the ground floor of building "A");

(g) plan the work in such a way that interruptions in the supply of electricity are as short as possible. Ensure the continuity of supply of other utilities (water and heat);

h) develop an instruction for the safe execution of demolition works containing the technology and organization of demolition works approved by the Ordering Party;

i) make photographic documentation of the demolition process (at least 50 photos in high separability) and hand over to the ordering party;

j) obtain an ornithological opinion confirming the existence of protected species before commencing work;

k) obtain a permit from the Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Bydgoszcz exempting from prohibitions on species protection if there are protected species in the facilities;

l) Development of construction site and social facilities for own needs – in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect
