The subject of the contract is the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (City Hall as well as organizational and subsidiary units of the Commune) divided into 3 lots:

Part 1 - Bytom commune

Part 2 - Bytom Apartments

Part 3 - Motor insurance

Employer in connection with art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an option law consisting in the possibility of extending the scope of ninety contracts to 10%.

Part 1 - Bytom Commune - covers the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (Municipal Office and commune organizational and dependent units) in the scope of:

a) insurance of property against fire and other random events,

b) property insurance against burglary and robbery,

c) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

d) accident insurance,

e) liability insurance.

Part 2 - Bytomskie Homes - covers the insurance service of the budget unit of Bytomskie Homes in the scope of:

a) insurance of property against fire and other random events,

b) property insurance against burglary and robbery,

c) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

d) property liability insurance.

Part 3 - Motor insurance - covers the insurance service of the Bytom Commune (City Hall as well as organizational and subsidiary units of the Commune) in the field of motor insurance
