The procurement concerns lorry rental services and their drivers as a framework agreement.

As needed, the customer orders trucks and his or her drivers to carry out transport work within the municipality of Vihti (streets, parks, fields and water pipes, sewers, cables, waste management, etc.) in accordance with the instructions and regulations issued by the Customer's management. The acquisition applies only to:

unspecified truck rental services. Large-scale, specific purchases, which may include a truck rental service, will be put out to tender separately.

More detailed procurement requirements can be found in the framework contract template in Annex 3 to the invitation to tender and in Annex 2 to the minimum requirements for transport equipment.

The customer does not commit to certain procurement volumes, but the services are ordered according to the Customer's needs.

Accessories are ordered according to the Customer's needs and always separately by explicit agreement.

The contract does not confer an exclusive right on the service provider to provide the services covered by the contract.

The procurement is divided into nine (9) subdivisions per vehicle:

1. 2-axle or 3-axle earth and quarry transfer vehicles

2. 4-axle earth and quarry transfer trucks

3. 5-axle earth and quarry transfer trucks

4. 7-axle truck cassette combinations

5. 8-axle truck cassette combinations

6. 9-axle truck cassette combinations

7. Semi-trailer combinations

8. 2- or 3-axle crane trucks

9. 4- or 5-axle crane trucks

Tenderers may submit their tenders in either one (1) or more areas.
