The subject of the contract is environmental damage insurance at Promnik, Strawczyn commune. The detailed scope of the contract is described in Annex 6.

These proceedings involve three tasks:

Task No. 3 - Environmental damage insurance

Insurance coverage:

The insurance covers damages resulting from the activities of the Insured / Insured, posing a risk of environmental damage understood as negative, measurable changes in the state or function of natural elements in protected species and habitats, in waters and on the surface of the earth.

The protection also covers damage or threat of damage in protected species.

The insurance covers damages caused by injury, damage to property and damages due to violation of the disruption or impediment to the exercise of rights.
