The Contracting Authority intends to give the following assignment: supplying, implementing, using and maintaining an application for the preparation ('workflow') of the Planning and control products, including the financial links, the publication of the financial documents via a website ('publication') for the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel and optional

IJssel municipalities ('workflow' only) in accordance with the requirements described in this Tender Document.

The desired situation is 1 system with an environment for the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel ('workflow' and 'publication') and optionally an environment for IJssel municipalities ('workflow'). The Tenderer may determine whether the ICT Performance is an On Premise solution or a SaaS solution. The Tenderer may only register with 1 solution, so either an On Premise solution or a SaaS solution.
