The client reserves the right to commission further service phases - in whole or in part. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these benefits.

The structure of the building should be designed in such a way that it can be adapted to a changed pedagogical concept as well as expanded at a later date, e.g. by a cluster. If an extension by means of an extension is planned, this must be taken into account statically. The possibility of expansion by a cluster with approx. 470 m2 GFA is to be provided. The possibility of expanding the canteen by approx. 95 m2 GFA is also being considered. Buildings and equipment should form a unit and be planned in a mutually complementary manner. At the same time, the equipment should be multifunctional and flexibly usable and adaptable to changing needs. When choosing construction and materials, the sustainability and environmental compatibility of the building materials must be examined, while at the same time the economic efficiency (in terms of production, maintenance and operating costs) must be taken into account. A compact, space-saving design with a flat roof is desired. The roofs will be greened extensively or intensively. Excluded are technical structures and roof terraces with a share of approx. 40% of the respective roof area. The total rootable layer thickness will be at least 10 cm. While maintaining the function of green roofs, solar panels and photovoltaic systems are to be installed.
