The object of the acquisition is the ticket sales system of the Finnish National Gallery's museums.
The Finnish National Gallery consists of the Ateneum Art Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma and the Sinebrychoff Art Museum. The Finnish National Gallery is responsible for the State Art Collection, which is maintained by the Finnish National Gallery's Collection Management Department. The Finnish National Gallery also includes the National Council for Works of Art and its collections.
The target of the procurement is a digital ticketing system. Through the acquired system, time-bound tickets to exhibitions and events can be sold. Tickets can be purchased both online and in museums.
Ticket sales are wanted in their own hands, so that in addition to tickets sold in advance, the understanding of customers and their behavior increases. The aim is to use customer data to develop existing and new services and to find opportunities to improve customer encounters in both the physical and digital environment.
The system is produced for the Finnish National Gallery as a service (Software as a Service). The procurement also includes system implementation, maintenance, support and development services.
The system shall meet the technical, operational and other requirements set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements set are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices. In procurement, it is possible to make an alternative tender in the manner described in more detail in the invitation to tender.
Procurement documents are available electronically. The tenderer must first register in the electronic system at:
