Description:
Contract for the Supply of Servicing, Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Installation (both Planned and Reactive) of Domestic Heating Systems

A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully inclusive and comprehensive 3* domestic servicing, inspection and maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-out service comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems across the authority’s premises, including but not limited to:

— gas/Lpg fuelled heating systems,

— oil fuelled heating systems,

— electric heating systems,

— air source heat pumps (ASHP) heating systems,

— solar thermal heating system,

— ground source heat pumps (GSHP),

— vented and Unvented Cylinders connected to gas heating sources; and

Planned and reactive installation/upgrade of various types of domestic central heating systems across the authority’s premises which will comprise of a mixture of complete systems, boiler replacements, appliance replacements and system conversions or upgrades, including but not limited to:

— gas/Lpg fuelled heating systems,

— oil fuelled heating systems,

— electric heating systems,

— air source heat pumps (ASHP) heating systems,

— vented and Unvented Cylinders connected to gas heating sources.

Other contracting authorities with the requirement for the same scope of services at premises within the same operating geography as the authority may enter into discussions with the authority with a view to entering into a contract with the appointed contractor(s).

A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully comprehensive 3* domestic gas servicing and maintenance repair service and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the Midlands as referenced within Schedule 1a (‘Specification’).

A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully comprehensive 3* domestic gas servicing and maintenance repair service and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the East as referenced within Schedule 1a (‘Specification’).


Planned Installs/Upgrades and Potential Reactive Installs/Upgrades — Midlands

Planned and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the Midlands as referenced within Schedule 1b (‘Specification’).


Planned Installs/Upgrades and Potential Reactive Installs/Upgrades — East

Planned and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the East as referenced within Schedule 1b (‘Specification’).


Lots 1a and 2a Combined at Award if Most Economically Advantageous — Midlands

A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully comprehensive 3* domestic gas servicing and maintenance repair service and planned and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the Midlands as referenced within Schedule 1a (‘Specification’).


Lots 1a and 2a Combined at Award if Mots Economically Advantageous — East

A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully comprehensive 3* domestic gas servicing and maintenance repair service and planned and reactive replacement installations comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems present across the premises in the East as referenced within Schedule 1a (‘Specification’).
