Open procedure for the assignment of spaces located in the stations of the Rome Metro, Line A, B-B1 and C to be used for the installation and operation of photoautomatic and similar machines, lasting five years from the date of stipulation of the contract, to be experimented with the e-procurement system. Call for tenders 157/2022.
The contract has as its object the assignment of spaces located in the stations of the Rome Metro, Line A, B-B1 and C to be used for the installation and operation of photoautomatic machines and similar. The spaces identified in the Rome metro stations for foster care are as follows, in a total number of 74:
- n. 63 spaces, having maximum dimensions of cm. 155 wide x cm. 90 deep;
- n. 11 spaces, having maximum dimensions of cm. 90 wide x cm. 90 deep.
The minimum annual total amount at auction is € 199,980.00.
The minimum total amount for five years based on the auction is € 999,900.00 (Revenue per Atac). For all spaces the security costs are estimated at € 0.00 (zero). The unit fees subject to increases are established as follows:
€ 2.860,00 excl. VAT for each space of 155x90 cm;
€ 1.800,00 excl tax for each space of 90x90 cm.
The competitor must indicate within the economic offer the cost of labor and the national collective agreement applied to workers in addition to their safety charges, in the respective models D and C.
The annual fee will be subject to change in relation to the variation in the cost of living taken from the ISTAT bulletins; the consideration will be updated and calculated at the beginning of each contractual year at 100% of the changes in the ISTAT consumer price index for blue-collar and white-collar households.
The Successful Bidder must undertake to carry out only and exclusively the activity of:
a) print analog and digital photos;
(b) digital scans;
(c) products similar to (a) and (b).
The award refers to the size of the spaces, as shown in Annex 1 of the specifications, the date of stipulation of the contract and all subsequent spaces that will be identified in the underground lines managed by ATAC, which may be requested by the Contractor and authorized by ATAC.
The number of spaces may be increased, following requests from the winning company, or decreases, for technical reasons, in compliance with the provisions of the Specifications.
Duration of the contract: five years, after a period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract for the complete installation and commissioning of the machines. The contract may have a shorter duration if
higher binding provisions for ATAC S.p.A., resulting from the loss of total or partial assignment of the local public transport service (TPL) by the Institutional Bodies to ATAC itself, which make it impossible to continue within the terms and in the manner provided for in the contract itself, considered in its entirety.
