Description:
Framework agreement for the carrying out of sampling operations on sites under deconstruction of the DP2D

The framework agreement allows the provision of services on the sites under deconstruction of the DP2D (AMI, BCOT, Brennilis, Bugey 1, Chinon A, Chooz A, Creys-Malville, Fessenheim, Saint-Laurent A) which consist of:

- taking massive samples and/or smears,

- carrying out radiological mapping (dose rate, activity),

- Gamma spectrometry measurements

- conditioning (sampling and subsampling), identifying and characterizing the samples collected in this way (by dose rate measurement and/or surface contamination measurement).

These services are part of the prerequisites for carrying out the radiological inventories necessary for the preparation of the dismantling and clean-up operations of the nuclear installations concerned.

Each service will be the subject of an execution order to which a specific set of specifications will be associated.

The Data Controller is required to carry out on-site services, in an industrial environment, with the aim of establishing radiological inventories, final checks after remediation of structures, waste management, radiological characterization of premises, etc.

The benefits requested can be of different types:

- Measurements of beta, gamma or alpha surface contamination by smears or direct measurements;

- Dose rate measurements (collimated or not);

- Gamma spectrometry measurements;

- Smear swabs;

- Material sampling (metal, concrete, sludge or other samples);

- Packaging, characterization and identification of samples.

In this context, the Incumbent must take into account all the risks associated with the work environment and the activities to be carried out. He or she must be authorized to carry out the necessary work (e.g. cutting pipes, drilling, working in ventilated waterproof clothing or ventilated helmet depending on radiological conditions, etc.).

The services requested under the framework agreement will be the subject of specific execution orders.

For each of the execution orders, the Contractor will be consulted on the basis of a dedicated set of specifications describing, in particular:

- the objectives of the execution order (scope, end state, etc.);

- the associated requirements;

- input data and assumptions (in particular those specific to the site concerned by the service):

- the applicable EDF reference documents:

- Deliverables and their expected state of validity

- planning milestones;

- Breakpoints and exchange points:

- the conditions under which the service is performed.
