Lewisham Homes are looking to award to one contractor a 5 year contract (with the possibility of a 5 year extension subject to Lewisham Homes discretion) for the “Installation, Responsive Repairs and Servicing of the following Fire Protection Equipment” for all our properties in the Borough of Lewisham:

— Fire Alarm Systems

— Emergency Lighting

— Smoke Control Systems (AOV) (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs)

— Fire Fighting Equipment (Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets)

— Portable Suppression Systems

— Sprinklers (including motors and pumps) - (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs)

— Dry/Wet Risers - (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs)

— Electromagnetic Door Close Mechanisms.

As part of this contract we will require an out of hours repair service for any Emergency repairs.
