Services for doorman, reception and security services will be put out to tender as a framework agreement based on hourly rates for a portfolio of 1,032 properties in the western part of Berlin and the state of Brandenburg. The properties partly consist of several buildings, are partly. multi-storey and include various portfolios of the State of Berlin (e.g. Schools, police, culture, prison, court, fire brigade and administrative buildings).

A framework agreement on doorman, reception and security services will be put out to tender. The properties are located in the Berlin city area and 7 properties in the state of Brandenburg. All services shall be commissioned by the Client exclusively on call if required. This can be done in parallel for different properties and at irregular intervals.
