The contracting authority would like tenders for the provision of trade services and material for the service and maintenance of the contracting authority's buildings. This procurement is for electricians with the delivery of services, material and various ready assembled installations within heavy current and low current. The contract shall be valid for 1 year, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year, or a total of 4 years if all the options for contract extensions are taken up.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with up to three tenderers, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received.

Minor assignments under the framework agreement's items shall be booked continually. Call-offs with mini-competitions will be held for major assignments.

The contract includes requirements on wages and work terms, documentation and sanctions, cf. the Public Procurement Act §7, cf. the regulations on wages and work terms in public contracts, as well as the requirements for using apprentices.
