The subject of the contract is to draw up a draft plan for the forest equipment for the period 2024 — 2033 for the Forest District Pułtusk with the forecast of the impact of the plan on the environment and the implementation of phytosociological developments with the update of natural habitats for the forest forest of Minsk, Siedlce, Sokołów, Ostrów Mazowiecka. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No 7, 8 to SWZ.

The performance of equipment works for forests and land managed by the Forest Forest District Pułtusk specified in the table:
General area 21 226 [ha]
Area of territorial range 1 450.8 [km2]
The Contracting Authority reserves the option to change (+/-) up to 100 hectares of the development area due to changes in the state of forestry holding, which will remain without affecting the value of the order.
The Contractor will use the materials at the disposal of the RDLP in Warsaw:
• numerical terrain models (NMT, NMPT with resolution of 1m - mosaic),
• point cloud from aerial scanning acquired by ISOK project,
• topographic object database (BDOT 10k),
• other photogrammetric imagery, e.g. obtained by unmanned aerial vehicles.
As part of the preparatory work, the Contractor will at his expense acquires an orthophotomap (not older than 3 years, if possible) or “anaglyphs” from the resource of surveying documentation centres, which he will transmit to the Contracting Authority after completion of the work. The Contractor will transfer a copy of the acquired data to the RDLP office in Warsaw on an electronic media (HDD >=2TB).
The Forest Numerical Map update should be performed in accordance with the applicable Forest Numerical Map Standard (Part I of the Forest Device Instruction - Chapter VII).
The Contractor shall update (remove outdated or non-existent or apply missing) spatial data on the LMN within the scope of the territorial activity of the forestry district having an inventory number in the SILP forest forest base;
The Contractor shall apply missing spatial data or make adjustments to those in the state of forestry and SILP base (by prior agreement with the forestry representative) concerning in particular the compatibility of the LMN with the data:
• fire commuting, fire infrastructure and water drawing points in forestry areas;
• nature protection in forest districts (including update with GDOŚ data) and compliance with POP;
• Land and Buildings records regarding the registration plots;
- the contractor will verify the correctness of other SPatial LMN data with their correctness on the ground, in particular:
• hunting infrastructure,
• forestry and forestry headquarters,
The boundaries and naming of the registration area should be in accordance with the records of land and buildings.
Map prints should be made based on Part III of the Forest Device Instructions.
Before starting fieldwork, the Contractor will conduct a one-day instruction for forestry staff in the field of equipment work performed.
Before convening the Technical and Economic Contractor (NTG), the Contractor will submit to the Ordering Party a preliminary cut plan generated in the Taxator — Cut Plans and preliminary prints of review maps of manual cuts.
During the NTG, the Contractor will present a map of hand cuts, discuss the list of stands planned for manual use and justify in detail possible cases of withdrawal from the use of handheld and past stands.
In addition, at NTG, the Contractor will discuss options for the location of optimal jobs.
The Environmental Impact Forecast shall be made in accordance with the “Framework Guidelines on the scope and degree of detail of the environmental impact forecast of the forest device plan”, introduced for use on 28 August 2013 by the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Environment Chief Conservator of Nature.
Implementation of phytosociological development with the update of natural habitats for the forests of the Minsk Forest District1. The subject of the order is to carry out phytosociological development with the update of natural habitats for the Minsk Forest District.
2. Implementation of the subject of the contract must take place on the basis of the complete phytosociological development on the basis of the Instructions for the arrangement of the forest 2011 Part II Instructions for distinguishing and mapping in the State Forests of the forest habitat types and plant communities.

Implementation of the subject of the contract must take place on the basis of the complete phytosociological development on the basis of the Instructions for the arrangement of the forest 2011 Part II Instructions for distinguishing and mapping in the State Forests of the forest habitat types and plant communities.
3. Surface of elaboration:
Cz. V - Forest District Ostrów Maz. - 18 970 hectares of forest land.
