Notting Hill Housing on behalf of Folio London is seeking to set up a multiple source Framework under 2 lots for the supply of Residential Furniture and Soft Furnishings. The key service provision will include the supply and the option of installation and removal of these products where applicable.

Folio buys and replenishes furniture for individual properties on a day to day basis. This includes fully furnishing a unit during the void period between tenancies or purchasing furniture for residents during tenancies.

This Lot will cover Folio's requirements for large quantities of furniture for new developments (10 - 300 unit developments). This includes strategic planning of show flat interior design, furnishing and delivery.
