Consultation on the supply and installation of several sections of the urban heat network planned on the territory of the city of Ferney-Voltaire for the district heat network of the public service concession operated by PAYS DE GEX ENERGIES.

The services will include network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.), the construction of trenches, the supply of the constituent elements of the network in pre-insulated tubes (including the associated equipment), the operations of laying and welding these elements, sleeving, testing, backfilling trenches and temporary or final repairs.

Single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of two (2) years, renewable six times one year (1+1+1+1+1+1), for the construction of several sections of the district heating network planned in the municipality of Ferney-Voltaire for the district heating network operated by PAYS DE GEX ENERGIES. The services will include network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.), trench construction, supply of the network's constituent elements in pre-insulated tubes (including associated equipment), laying and welding operations for these elements, sleeve, testing, trench backfilling and temporary or definitive repairs. The framework agreement will consist of:- A firm tranche called HT feeder (about 90°C). The estimated length of this section is about 2.5 km from DN100 to DN300.- A firm slice called feeder MT (about 65°C). The estimated length of this section is about 1km from DN150 to DN300.- Optional tranches consisting of a second tranche of MV feeder, network branches and subscriber connections identified at the consultation stage from DN40 to DN150 approximately. - A points slip for work not identified to date. As an option, the Client or Dalkia will be able to provide certain equipment. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum value of 10,100 keuros (all tranches combined and over the overall duration of the contract)
