The contract holder is responsible for:

— take care of waste delivered by the CANBT;

— weigh each intake;

— treat plant waste by a method that complies with the legislation;

— eliminate refusals of the processing process;

— analyze and characterize flows;

— receiving, sorting and recovering or disposing of green waste collected in the territory of the CANBT;

— provide CANBT with information on the quality of the deposit in order to allow improved pre-collection and collection;

— participate in measures to improve the quality of the deposit;

— maintain a monitoring table of benefits that it will send by any means to the CANTC services on a monthly basis.
