Plant and process engineering (heat pumps, compression chillers, CHP, piping and valve technology) for the energy center (EZO) on the site Mark 51°7 (Lot 1)

Stadtwerke Bochum is planning a heating and cooling network at the Bochum-Laer site, which will be coupled with the geothermal use of mine water.

Lot 1 "Plant Engineering" put out to tender here includes the implementation planning including approval planning and construction of the main plants (heat pumps, compression refrigeration system, CHP, piping and valve technology) within the delivery limits set out in the contract for work and services as a complete functional unit, including the ready-to-operate connections at the delivery limits, commissioning and trial operation, documentation, etc. in accordance with the conditions of the tender documents in Parts A to C. The scope of the plant and the division of lots can be found in Part C.

When determining the plant and system concepts, in addition to a high level of plant availability, the approvability of the plants and the economic efficiency of the concepts must also be taken into account.
