1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase and supply of computer equipment for the needs of various organizational units of the University of Opole, divided into parts:
1.1. Lot No. 1 – Delivery of 17 pcs. computer sets for the network laboratory for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Opole

Lot No. 2 – Delivery of 2 pcs. laptops necessary to conduct classes in the field of medicine at WCSM – as part of the project The implementation of the Development Program based on the Multi-Profile Medical Simulation Center of the University of Opole is an activity planned under the project and necessary for the proper organization of WCSM work
1.3. Part 3 – Delivery of a computer kit for conducting the LevoTako Trial clinical trial and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging tests planned under this project
1.4. Part no. 4 – Delivery of 2 laptops with accessories (mouse + bag) for new employees of the Institute of Computer Science

Delivery 17 pcs. computer sets for the network laboratory for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Opole1. The subject of the contract in lot No. 1 is: Delivery of 17 pcs. computer sets for the network laboratory for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Opole.
2. The description of the subject of the contract in relation to lot No. 1 is attached as Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor shall provide a twenty-four [ 24 ] month guarantee for the subject of the contract.
4. The warranty period indicated in point 3 is the minimum period. The contractor may include in the offer a longer warranty period for the offered subject of the contract, but not longer than sixty [ 60 ] months. Chapter I, point 19.5 of the SWZ shall apply.
5. The warranty period offered by the Contractor is independent of the warranty period of the manufacturer of the device to which the Contractor's warranty relates. The warranty period for the subject of the order is counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the order (confirmed by the acceptance protocol).
6. Deadline for performance of the subject of the contract: up to fourteen [ 14 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
7. The deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract indicated in point 6 is the maximum time limit for the performance of the subject of the contract. The Contractor may include in the tender a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than five [ 5 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
8. The execution of the subject of the contract, and in particular activities requiring the participation of the Ordering Party's representative, will take place on working days.
9. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the risk of the Contractor and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) to which the Contractor is entitled.
10. The Contractor together with the offer is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a completed description of the subject of the contract / contract (in accordance with the template constituting Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
