The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery and assembly of a wind turbine for the needs of the Windmill Nacelle Laboratory for the Research and Training Center of Offshore Wind Energy and Off-shore Technology at the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "Expansion and equipment of training, exercise and research laboratories in accordance with the international standards of the STCW Convention and the OPITO, GWO organization".
1. Object of the order
1) The subject of the contract is the sale together with the delivery and assembly of a wind turbine for the needs of the Windmill Nacelle Laboratory for the Research and Training Center of Offshore Wind Energy and Off-shore Technology at the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the investment task entitled "Expansion and equipment of training, exercise and research laboratories in accordance with international standards of the STCW Convention and the OPITO, GWO organization".
A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:
- description of the object of the order — Annex 1a to the SWZ,
- the proposed provisions of the contract set out in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.

3) The possible names (trademarks) given by the Contracting Authority are exemplary in nature and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, with the Contracting Authority allowing the submission of equivalent tenders to be submitted to the extent of the description of the subject of the contract drawn up.
4) The subject of the order was determined by indicating objective technical characteristics
and qualitative standards for which specification of sample trademarks is permitted.
5. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3), equivalent solutions shall be allowed to be described.
6) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, admitted to trading.
2. Equivalent solutions
The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution he offers fulfils the requirements laid down by the Contracting Party. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with its description or standards.
