The object is the Innerstan flower program, which mainly consists of planting and maintaining flower urns and flower beds on street land belonging to the City of Stockholm. The work takes place in a busy, partly crowded and crowded environment where many actors and citizens are present. This requires adaptation and flexibility in the work with the Blomster program.
The flower urns that belong to the Flower Program are an important element in the urban environment and part of the City of Stockholm's goal of an attractive and safe city. The Flower Program will work on the basis of the City of Stockholm's Environmental Program and Action Plan for Biodiversity and work towards the environmental goals of a fossil-free Stockholm and careful resource management through recycling and reuse. By using pollinating plants in the plantings as much as possible, the Flower Program contributes to biodiversity.
The flower program is renewed annually with unique themes regarding color and design. The content is determined by the project manager in collaboration with hired consultants. The customer provides the site description, plant list and planting drawings annually (see documents 11.1-11.4 attached to the procurement). The contractor uses the documents to calculate the total amount of plants for the plant orders that the entrepreneur will place.
