The subject matter of the service contract shall be:

- Management of fines in traffic and road safety.

- Management, collection and liquidation of the economic rights of the City Council in executive period.

The object of the contract, included in the tender price, among others, is the following:

1. The management of complaints and penalties in the field of traffic, the use of motor vehicles and road safety, detected by existing traffic light groups and radar devices or to be installed in the future; and the management of complaints and penalties in matters of traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety formulated by municipal police officers in traffic matters that are not paid within twenty days of the notification of the complaint.

2. The management, collection and settlement of the economic rights of the City Council, both in voluntary and executive period derived from the fines imposed for the infractions detected by the existing speed control systems or that can be installed (traffic light groups and radar); of those derived from those formulated by the municipal police officers in matters of traffic and road safety that are not paid within twenty days of the notification of the complaint; and the management, collection and settlement of the economic rights of the City Council in the executive period.

3. In the management of the contract, the costs will be borne by the City Council. For its part, the expenses derived from the practice of seizures will be borne by the successful tenderer.
