Object planning of buildings and interiors LPH 5-9 as well as special services
Buildings 47 and 54 to be erected are located on the property of the Plön Naval Non-Commissioned Officer School. These are two new buildings of accommodation buildings at two different locations, which will be realized close to each other (temporarily. offset about 2-4 months; Building 47 is a repeat planning within the meaning of § 11 para 3 HOAI). The basis for the service to be provided is a design plan for an accommodation building at the Kiel Wik naval base (here: without a functional part). An adaptation of the draft to EG Bund 40 is to take place as part of service phase 5 as a special service.
The new buildings are planned as free-standing four-storey buildings without a basement. Under building law, these are special buildings with an accommodation use. With a height of approx. 9.81 m according to §2 (3), the building is classified as building class 5 according to the LBO Schleswig-Holstein. At maximum occupancy, there are about 81 people in the building.
The planned new construction of the accommodation building 47 is on a still existing forest area. The property must be directly connected to the infrastructure of the property. The dismantling of the existing forest fighting track on the property is accompanied by a forest conversion of the existing vegetation. The planned new construction of the accommodation building 54 is planned on a green area that has not yet been designed. The property is directly connected to the infrastructure of the property. The four-storey buildings with a total dimension of 56.20 m x 14.33 to 16.33 m are equipped with a 43° inclined gable roof and are accessed via two staircases. These are solid buildings with masonry walls, reinforced concrete ceilings and a roof truss in timber construction. The new buildings have been planned in the style of the existing building with a plastered exterior façade. The technical areas are set apart from the main façade surfaces in the façade material and designed with a horizontal aluminium curtain wall. The new building accommodates 81 individual accommodations in "hotel standard" (with one bathroom per accommodation for 1 person each). There will also be a kitchenette and a cleaning room on each floor.
A clothes drying room and a cleaning room are housed in the attic together with the rooms for ventilation technology.
Accessible from the outside, the connecting rooms for heating, electricity and drinking water are arranged in the middle separate parts of the building.
