The open procedure relates to the joint procurement of design and execution of works related specifically to the assignment of executive design activities and all the works of construction and commissioning of the intervention called "Depollution of the Aposa Stream - San Mamolo area" in the Municipality of Bologna (BO).

Joint contract for design and execution of works related specifically to the assignment of executive design activities and all the works of construction and commissioning of the intervention called "Depollution of the Aposa Stream - San Mamolo area" in the Municipality of Bologna (BO). The total amount of Euro 7,230,034.99 (seven million, two hundred and thirty thousand thirty-four/99) net of VAT, indicated in point II.1.5 above) is divided into the following services:

Main service – "Works": Euro 7,126,283.29 (seven million, one hundred twenty-six thousand, two hundred and eighty-three/29) of which Euro 6,922,657.75 (six million, nine hundred and twenty-two, one hundred and fifty-seven/75) net of VAT for body work, plus Euro 203,625.54 (two hundred three thousand, six hundred and twenty-five/54) net of VAT for safety costs related to works not subject to a tender discount. In particular, the works covered by the contract can be summarized, for information and not exhaustively: in the construction of sewer collectors inside the buried section of the current, in the interception of black or mixed private drains and the relative connection to the project collectors, in the interception of public sewerage networks through the construction of flood drainage structures of the network both inside and outside the tombamento, in the adaptation of the current outlet of Magra with the construction of a drainage system downstream, rehabilitation of some deteriorated sections of the stream, in the construction of new access wells and elevation of existing hatches, the construction of access gates to the tombamento for the execution of the works and subsequent restoration of the places. It should be noted that all the processes (with the exception of the laying of surface nets, outside the tombamento dell'Aposa) are carried out in environments suspected of pollution and in confined places referred to in Presidential Decree no. 177/2011 and subsequent amendments. For the specific indication of the composition of the contract as regards the main service – "Works", with indication of the relative categories, both prevalent and separable, reference is made to the table referred to in letter k) of point III.1.3) below Professional and technical capacity of this call for tenders.

Secondary service – "Design": Euro 103,751.70 (one hundred thousand seven hundred and fifty-one/70) net of VAT for professional design services (including ancillary charges and expenses). It is hereby stated that, with reference to technical design services, security costs are estimated at Euro 0.00 (zero), since it is the assignment of services of an intellectual nature. It should be noted that the identification of the categories of works covered by this procedure and the calculation of the basic tender amount for the secondary service, defined in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016, are specified in the Table below.

The documentation of the executive project and the as-built (as planned) will have to be developed through the BIM methodology.
