Open procedure for the assignment of the supply and installation of a scanning electron microscope with field emission source SEM – FEG - PNRR project

The object of the contract is the supply and installation of a scanning electron microscope with field emission source (SEM-FEG), according to the specifications and minimum requirements set out in the second part of the performance specifications. The object of the contract includes and compensates in the price offered, starting from the date of testing, an unlimited number of corrective maintenance (including necessary spare parts) and remote diagnostics for a minimum duration of 1 year. It also requires at least 1 day dedicated to education and training lasting eight hours. Training must be provided after positive testing.

The total terms of execution are set at 10 (ten) natural, successive and consecutive months starting from the minutes of initiation signed in contradictory between the representative of the economic operator and the Director of the execution of the contract.

At the end of supply and installation, the testing phase is planned.

Open procedure for the assignment of the supply and installation of a scanning electron microscope with field emission source SEM – FEG, within the PNRR Sustainable Mobility Center project – National Center for Sustainable Mobility – SPOKE 11 (National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 Component 2 Investment 1.4 "Strengthening research facilities and creation of "national R&D champions" on some Key Enabling Technologies" funded by the Union European – NextGenerationEU issued by MUR Decree no. 3138 of 16 December 2021), implementing resolution no. 47 of the Board of Directors of 21 February 2023.

The overall execution terms for the supply and installation of instrumentation for the Electron Microscopy and DSC laboratory (MaDLab) are set at 10 (ten) natural, successive and consecutive months starting from the start report signed in contradictory between the representative of the economic operator and the Director of the execution of the contract.

Within the same term, all legal certifications concerning the equipment must be submitted.

At the end of supply and installation, the testing phase is planned.

The University, within sixty days of the award, will request, pursuant to art. 73 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments and of the Ministerial Decree of 2 December 2016 concerning "Definition of the general guidelines for the publication of notices and calls for tenders, referred to in articles 70, 71 and 98 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016", to the economic operator awarded the reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the University for the publications of this call and amounting to an amount of approximately € 6,000.00.
