The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a framework agreement with external consultants who shall ensure sufficient capacity and high quality competence within the financial area and in accordance with requirements.

Through the framework agreement, the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes engage regular consultants who can be rapidly contacted when short-term or long-term assignments in connection with i.a. quality assurance of interim and annual accounts are required.

The Awarding Authority may also require consultancy services and assistance in connection with i.a. quality assurance and further development of routines and risk evaluation related to financial management.
