Software Organization Chart

The reason for awarding the contract is a need for software for the graphical representation of the organizational structure and for determining key figures with connection to the SAP system.

The advertised service comprises the following parts:

- Purchase of software for the graphical representation of the organizational structure and for the determination of key figures with connection to the SAP system

- Maintenance and support

- Advice on commissioning and use of the software

- Advice on individual requirements

- Training for administrators (8-10 participants max.)

- Individual customizing

- Adjustments for switching to S4/Hana HCM

The reason for awarding the contract is a need for software for the graphical representation of the organizational structure and for determining key figures with connection to the SAP system.

The AOK association consists of eleven independent AOKs, their IT service providers and the AOK federal association. The use of modern information technologies is intended to ensure functionality, quality and efficiency in SAP HCM in personnel management. The AOK community has built up an AOK HCM master, which offers the individual AOKs different systems for uniform use. The basis is the SAP HCM application, which is used by all AOKs to implement the core business processes.

The SAP AOK HCM master is the central development system and is based on the SAP standard for the public sector. The developments for the AOK community are implemented by AOK Systems GmbH and made available to all AOKs, the AOK Federal Association and their IT service providers. Sap's support packages are also provided via the AOK master. For this purpose, 4 fixed release dates are available annually. In addition, necessary adjustments are delivered via monthly feature releases (transports).

The software system house of the clients is AOK Systems GmbH. AOK Systems develops and maintains the SAP HCM system landscape of the AOK community as well as other IT applications. For the implementation of a software for the graphical representation of the organizational structure and for the determination of key figures with connection to the SAP system, their cooperation with regard to software provision and all other technical questions is indispensable.

Each AOK, the AOK federal association and IT service providers have their own systems (pre-production, production and, if necessary, sandbox system). The AOKs carry out the cashier extensions and customizing on their own responsibility. The software of the AOK master is supplemented by products from individual SAP partners, in some cases also individually cash register (AOK).

The switch to S4/Hana on premise is planned in the future.

For the client, a vision of the future could be the use of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central or Employee Profile) as a leading system. The software must therefore be connected to SAP SuccessFactors via standard interfaces and can be operated directly on the SAP Business Technology Platform, taking into account the SuccessFactors role-based permissions.

The aim of this tender is to procure software for the graphical representation of the organizational structure and for determining key figures with connection to the SAP system.

With the software, the automatic creation of organizational charts must be possible in order to transparently display the graphical representation of the internal organizational structures with the associated responsibilities on a daily basis. The key figure calculation must be carried out automatically and all results must appear prepared in the organizational charts.
