We invite tenderers on behalf of Porsanger municipality (the contracting authority) to an open tender contest - winter road maintenance. Finnut Consult AS is assisting with the administration of the tender competition. The contracting authority would like tenders for winter road maintenance on municipal roads and footpaths in Lakselv and the surrounding area. The contract will be valid from 1.1.2015 until the end of the winter season in 2016.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject the tenders if it is turns out that the contracting authority can carry out the winter road maintenance itself cheaper.

We wish to stress that the tender should be in accordance with the instructions described in this document. Incomplete tender replies - or replies that include conditions, errors or ambiguities that can lead to doubt as to how the tender shall be assessed - will be rejected.
