In 2013, as part of a feasibility study, the possibilities for creating a continuous, performance-adjusted drain for the main sea trench (HSG) were examined.
The investigations were carried out with the aim of ensuring the drainage of the catchment area via the 2nd order waters integrating into the HSG and the low-shear flood discharge in the HSG-NW, taking into account the predicted final water levels in the Concordia and Königsauer See. As part of the study, various solutions were shown for the HSG-NW and a basic determination (object planning, engineering structures LP 1 HOAI) was carried out.
With the basic determination, three variants for the expansion of the HSG-NW were developed and agreed in 2015, including the second-order waters that flow into the HSG-NW. The further planning services are put out to tender on the basis of these planning variants. The total construction costs are approximately EUR 1.8 million net.
The order is placed in two stages. Initially, the client orders performance levels 1 and 2 (LS 1/2) for the following planning services. The assignment of performance level 3 (LS 3) is optional. The planning for the 2nd order waters ends with the submission of the approval planning (OPL LPH 4):
- OPL engineering structures in accordance with § 43 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. App. 12. All basic services of service phases 2-4 (LS1 / 2) and 5-7 (LS3) as well as selected special services according to the following description for the expansion of the main sea trench NW. The project planning of the engineering structure includes all the necessary structural facilities for the Hautseegraben-NW with associated traffic facilities, special structures (weir, bridge structures, culverts, mill trench overpass, etc.) and any necessary small-scale adjustments to the facilities of public authorities;
- Object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI § 39 i. V. m. Annex 11, LPH 1-4 (LS1 / 2)) and 5-7 (LS3) all basic services (= GL) as well as selected special services;
- Specialist planning of structural engineering § 51 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Annex 14, LP 1-4 (LS1 / 2) and 5-6 (LS3) all GL and selected special services;
- Land use planning landscape management plan according to § 26 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Annex 7, LPH 1-4 (LS1 / 2) all GL as well as selected special services for area planning acc. Appendix 9 HOAI;
- Consulting services according to HOAI: UVS acc. App. 1 point 1.1 HOAI LP 1-4 (LS1 / 2) all GL as well as special services acc.
