Domea.dk is one of Denmark's largest building and housing administrators of public housing. Domea.dk assists approximately 100 housing organizations that together own approximately 52,000 public housing units throughout the country. Domea.dk, in connection with the general administration of housing organisations listed in Annex I to the Terms of Procurement, wishes to conclude parallel framework agreements on total contract to ensure, inter alia, the optimal management of new construction projects in relation to time, economy and quality.
Framework agreements include construction with variation in projects and the construction method. These are individual projects listed in total contracts — as module construction.
Domea.dk wants to conclude framework agreement with 6 contractors. The 6 framework agreements are not exclusive.
Domea.dk initiates, with the publication of the tender material, the process of finding new partners to carry out a number of total repricing projects (new construction) for the housing organisations listed in Annex I and for which Domea.dk is a business driver.
Domea.dk is a business driver every year for the construction of new construction by numerous housing organizations in the form of public housing throughout the country. Buildings vary in number of accommodation units, area and design. Much of the housing is youth housing and family housing.
Domea.dk wants to conclude framework agreement with 6 contractors. The 6 Framework Agreements are not exclusive, understood in the way that Domea.dk has the possibility, without the application of these parallel framework agreements — to conclude agreements on total contract based on traditional tenders or direct allocation (if the rules of procurement permit) of concrete projects .
The expectation is that during the life of the framework agreements, projects worth around 1.3 billion will be initiated. DKK (potentially up to 1.8 billion DKK), but the amount is associated with some uncertainty. No certain turnover is guaranteed on the Framework Agreements, as Domea.dk is not bound to apply the Framework Agreements.
Framework agreements include construction with variation in projects and the construction method is dependent on the concrete project. These are individual projects listed in total contracts — as module construction.
Benefits under the parallel framework agreements include the construction of general housing, including the most expected most youth housing and family housing. Projects under the framework agreement will vary in the number of accommodation units, size, design and location. As most often, a total repricing contract will deal with between 30 and 100 residential units, but contracts dealing with a number of homes outside this range may occur. The result in the form of public housing with a disposition and a robust quality characteristic of public housing will go again for the projects under the framework agreement.
At the same time as the tendering of the Framework Agreement, the first total reprise-contract is offered under the Framework Agreements, in the tender material also referred to as the “case project”. The first total contract under the framework agreements includes the establishment of 11 700 m2 general housing in Carlsberg City in Copenhagen.
