The project “BTMU 1704 | RKH Mühlacker Modulbau OP and Intensive” is currently at the end of service phase 2 in accordance with HOAI 2013. The preliminary planning has been completed and the individual measures have been approved by the user. Due to a change of planner, further services in accordance with the performance picture of buildings and interiors as well as optionally superstructure management are to be awarded.

The client, Regional Clinics Holding RKH GmbH, intends to build a modular building for the operating room area, the conversion of the central emergency room as well as the outpatient surgery area and to increase the intensive care unit of the Mühlacker hospital.

The client expects coordinated economic operations in an operational

low-cost buildings.

The performance picture of object planning — buildings and interiors is to be provided for module construction only for performance phase 3, as it is then assigned to a module builder.

A functional tender for modular construction is planned as a special achievement. Service phases 3-8 must be provided for the further measures. The basic services and special services can be found in the attached performance profile. In addition, the performance of the superstructure management must be provided for modular construction.
