The object of the order is the execution of construction and assembly works consisting in the adaptation of the buildings of the post-prison complex at Zamkowa 1 Street in Kielce for the Puppet Theatre and Actor “Kubuś”.

1. The object of the order is the execution of construction and assembly works consisting in the adaptation of the buildings of the fascia complex at 1 Zamkowa Street in Kielce for the purposes of the Doll Theatre and Actor “Kubuś”, including, in particular, the reconstruction of existing buildings with the provision of surveying service, geological, surveillance and archaeological research to the extent indicated by the Provincial Conservator of Monuments, supervision and structural studies, consisting, inter alia, of:

— carrying out the necessary demolitions of buildings,

— strengthening the ground,

— the execution of piles under the part of the buildings,

— adapting the facility to the needs of the disabled,

— change the function of the rooms for the Doll Theatre and the Winnie Actor

— equipment with apparatus and technological equipment included in the design documentation,

— the execution of connections: water, sanitary and rain drains,

— the execution of internal installations: wod. -kan., c.w.u., p.j., central heating, boiler room, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, gas, electrical equipment,

— the implementation of the complete technical infrastructure necessary for the operation of the theatre, and,

— landscaping around the building, including demolition of the existing transformer station and construction of a new transformer station, construction of access to the theater's stage pocket, construction of retaining walls, restoration of paving and upgrading the fence.

2. In addition to the work, the scope of which is indicated above, the Contractor shall, on the basis of the functional and utility programme concerning the performance of the soil reinforcement under existing masonry walls and the execution of piles, in the framework of the contract, develop and submit for acceptance the implementing project for the w/w works, and after its acceptance by the author of the basic design — the construction industry and the Ordering Party will perform appropriate wall reinforcement (piling of foundations).

3. The detailed scope of works and the conditions for implementation shall specify:

— project documentation of the “Kubuś” Puppet Theatre with annexes, prepared by the project unit: “Architektonic Studio Cezary Furmanek”, Sokola 6/25, 93-519 Łódź, including the contract for the project unit: “Architektonic Studio Cezary Furmanek”, Sokola 6/25 Street, 93-519 Łódź, including the contract for collision removal No 110/OS/RE Kielce/2019 — constituting Annex No 2 to SWZ,

— Functional-utility program — constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ,

— technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works — constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ,

— model contract — Annex 5 to SWZ.
