This consultation concerns the third-party application maintenance of the eservices platform and the Nantes Métropole account for the needs of the IT control group (Nantes Métropole, City of Nantes, CCAS). Each of the 2 lots in this consultation will be the subject of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. This framework agreement covers the entire logistics chain related to the acquisition, installation and maintenance of agents' digital equipment, connected objects and associated office software on behalf of the IT control group formed by Nantes Métropole, the city of Nantes, its CCAS and ebansn. This chain is split into several links.
This consultation is launched by the Groupement de Commands Informatique (Computer Ordering Group) made up of Nantes Métropole, the city of Nantes and its association (CCAS)
Lot 1: Third-Party Application Maintenance of the eservices platformThird-party Application Maintenance of the eservices platform: maintenance in operational conditions (M.C.O.) of the eservices platform integrating corrective, preventive, adaptive and regulatory maintenance as well as the provision of Liferay licenses.

Lot 1 takes the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount but with a maximum threshold set for the entire contractual period at EUR 4,000,000 excluding VAT (with the breakdown by member of the consortium indicated in the documents of the DCE)
Lot 2: Third-party application maintenance of the Nantes Métropole accountThird-party Application Maintenance of the Nantes Métropole Account: maintenance in operational conditions (M.C.O.) of the Nantes Métropole Account integrating corrective, preventive, adaptive and regulatory maintenance; evolutionary maintenance around the Nantes Métropole Account; outgoing reversibility and the transfer of the Nantes Métropole Account to another legal entity of the TMA.
