The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the development of municipal waste from the area of Przemyśl Municipality, including:
a) management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively collected from the owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited, mixed, uninhabited real estate) and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
b) management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from municipal areas (municipal cemeteries, municipal markets, city toilets, street baskets, bus stop bins, recreational places, wild landfills, etc.)
Total estimated mass of waste intended for development:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount of up to 14 236 Mg,
2) municipal waste collected separately in the amount of up to 4 642 Mg.
1.1. Management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of up to 13 370 Mg.
1.2. Management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, from municipal areas, in the amount of up to 866 Mg.

Waste management with code 20 01 99 - other unlisted fractions collected selectively (metals and plastics, multi-material packaging), 15 01 06 mixed packaging waste, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of up to 1 328.70 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - for Task No. 2-5.
Management of waste from paper and cardboard with codes 20 01 01 and 15 01 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of up to 847.90 Mg.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – for Task No. 2-5.
Management of glass waste with codes 20 01 02 and 15 01 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of up to 833.40 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – for Task No. 2-5.
Management of waste in the form of used tires, bulky waste and waste in the form of rubble and construction waste, covered by the municipal waste management system:
a) waste management in the form of used tyres with code 16 01 03, in the amount of up to 32 Mg,
b) management of bulky waste with code 20 03 07, in the amount of up to 500 Mg,
(c) management of waste in the form of rubble and construction waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 20 02 02, in quantities up to 180 Mg.

Collection (including transport) and management of used and expired medicines as well as hazardous and inert waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
a) collection (including transport) and disposal of used and expired medicines
code 20 01 32, up to 7,5 Mg,
b) collection (including transport) and management of hazardous and inert waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from the municipal waste stream, with codes: 15 01 10*, 15 02 02*, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 13*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 80, 20 01 99, up to 12.5 Mg.

Zoning of biodegradable waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
(a) the development of biodegradable waste
code 20 02 01 constituting parts of plants derived from the care of green areas, gardens (small branches, grass, leaves, wood chips) - in bulk, in an amount of up to 400 Mg,
(b) the development of biodegradable waste
code 20 02 01 referred to above - containing branches in unfragmented form, in an amount of up to 100 Mg.

Zoning of biodegradable waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
(a) the development of biodegradable waste
code 20 01 08 which are biodegradable kitchen waste of vegetable origin, excluding waste of animal origin and fats in bulk, in the amount of
do 80 Mg,
(b) the development of biodegradable waste
code 20 01 08 referred to above - in bags, in an amount of up to 320 Mg.
