4.1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery of computers, laptops, tablets, network devices, scanning, e-books for the University of Lodz.

4.3. Delivery includes equipment factory new and not used.
4.4. The term "delivery" shall be understood as the delivery at its own expense and risk of the equipment required by the Ordering Party.
4.5. The subject of the order has been divided into 6 parts. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids. Therefore, the Contractor has the option of submitting a bid in relation to one, several or all parts of the subject of the contract specified in the Assortment and Price Sheet constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. However, the contracting authority does not allow dividing the contract within a single lot, which will be treated as submitting an incomplete bid and will result in rejection of the offer within a given item.
4.6. The submission of an offer for a contract item not meeting all parameters or having parameters worse than those recorded in Annex No 1 will result in the rejection of the offer.
4.7. The Contractor shall provide the equipment with all necessary and up-to-date drivers in an electronic version.
4.8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for option tenders.
4.9. The contracting authority does not intend to enter into a framework agreement.
4.10pm. The Contracting Authority does not intend to establish a dynamic purchasing system.
4.11. The Contracting Authority does not intend to select the most favourable bid using electronic auction.
4.12. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders for individual items of the subject of the contract. An equivalent offer is an item with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and price sheet). In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to present a detailed specification together with the offer, in which it will appear in a manner that raises no doubts of the Contracting entity that the offered assortment is of the same technical, quality and functional parameters in relation to the assortment specified by the Contracting entity in the description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party informs that if the description of the subject of the contract contains trademarks, an offer meeting the parameters of an individually indicated assortment specified by its manufacturer is considered an equivalent offer.
4.13. If the Contractor proposes equivalent equipment with equivalent performance, the Contracting Authority shall verify the equivalence by means of the following measures:
(a) for processors (for desktops, notebooks, laptops, computer sets)
- using the PassMark test - CPU Mark published on:
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php - according to the test results of 07.06.2023.
b) for graphics processors:
- using the PassMark G3D Rating test published on the website: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php - according to the test results of 07.06.2023.
All the results of the above-mentioned tests can be found in the Assortment and Price Sheet constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
