The contract concerns the assignment of mobile telephony services, mobile devices and services to support the technical and commercial operational management of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group and in particular:

- 64210000 - Telephone and data transmission services

- 30213200 - Tablet computer model

- 32250000 - Mobile phones

The contract concerns the assignment of mobile telephony services, mobile devices and services to support the technical and commercial operational management of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group. In particular, the subject of the contract concerns:

1. Users of mobile data and / or voice to support the technical, commercial and «business» operations of the FSI Group Companies. The utilities are divided into 2 macro-sets with different needs and functions:

- business users, dedicated to mobile work, used by office and staff personnel of all FSI Group companies,

- on-board train utilities, for staff on-board train and car, dedicated to control functions, regularization of travel tickets, information and assistance to customers, train operation.

2. Terminals supporting the technical and commercial operations of the FSI Group Companies. The supply of mobile radio terminals is intended as a rental.

3. Supporting and innovative services, including staging and terminal configuration. The staging and configuration services concern the terminals provided to support railway operations.

The Framework Agreement that will be signed with the successful tenderer will have a duration of 36 months starting from the date of subscription and amounting to EUR 33 000 000.00, excluding VAT.

The Contracting Station - in addition to the provisions of art. 14 point 2 of the "General Contract Conditions for Supply Contracts of FS Group Companies" registered with the Revenue Agency, Rome Provincial Directorate 1, Rome 1 Territorial Office, Trastevere, at no. 5987, Series 3, dated 23.6.2017, available on the website www.ferservizi.it - reserves the right to exercise the option of amount, with the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for a maximum of 22,000 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT.

The Contracting Station also reserves the right to exercise the option of time extension of the Framework Agreement, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of an additional 24 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the hypothesis in which at the end of the term the maximum established amount is not exhausted. The 2 options may be exercised either alternatively or cumulatively.

The aforementioned options, if exercised, will be communicated to the contractor by certified e-mail at least 10 days before the expiry of the Framework Agreement.

With regard to the identification and quantification of security charges and related DUVRIs (Determination No. 3/2008 of the AVCP), as this is a Framework Agreement it is specified that, upon the occurrence of the conditions, the same will be quantified by the individual Companies upon issue of the Application orders.

With reference to the maximum amount of the Framework Agreement it is specified that the Assignee will have nothing to claim for any reason against the services not requested and consequently not returned during the execution of the Framework Agreement, in the case in which at the moment of the expiry of this last, the maximum amount of the same has not been consumed and whatever the amount of the services requested up to the moment. Given that this tender is only one component of a broader procurement strategy, it is specified that the contract has not been divided into expected lots due to management constraints (need for a single and centralized management in relation to high mobility of FS Group employees) and economic (economies of scale and synergies on the costs of services and supplies offered), also considering the minimum levels of capacity required by the call sufficient to allow maximum participation in the procedure (for more details, see the document "Notes for participation" which can be consulted together with this Announcement on the website www.acquistionlineferservizi.it).
