The subject of the contract is the supply of IT, telecommunications and laboratory equipment for WETI Gdańsk University of Technology. The Ordering Party divided the order into 6 parts: Part 1-Delivery of the IoT system and elements of the video monitoring system. Part 2-Delivery of a single-board server cluster with equipment. Part 3-Supply of industrial computers with equipment. Part 4-Delivery of client terminals. Part 5- Delivery of rack server cabinets. Part 6-Delivery of network cards and mounting elements.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope in individual parts is specified in Annex 4I-VI to the SWZ and in the material and price forms constituting Annexes No. 2I-VI to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without prior use and may not be subject to the rights of third parties.
Delivery of the IoT system and elements of the video monitoring system1) The subject of the contract in Part 1 is the delivery of the IoT system and elements of the video monitoring system.
2) The subject of the order in Part 1 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2I and 4I to SWZ.
4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery period be no longer than 60 days.
5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 12 months.
6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3I to the SWZ.
7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:
1) The Contracting Authority shall apply to the Ministry of Education and Science in order to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate in connection with Article 83(1)(26)(a), (13), (14) and (15) of the Act of 11.03.2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended) to the assortment included in Annex 8 to the Act (network routers).
2) The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science, which is the basis for charging a VAT rate of 0% on the equipment indicated in the order.
3) If the Ministry of Education and Science does not send an appropriate certificate within the deadline for issuing the invoice by the Contractor, the Contractor will issue an invoice with VAT, and after receiving the certificate, it will issue a VAT correction invoice.
Delivery of a single-board server cluster with equipment1) The subject of the contract in Part 2 is the supply of a cluster of single-board servers with equipment.
2) The subject of the order in Part 2 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3. The detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2II and 4II to SWZ.
4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 90 days.
5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 12 months.
6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3II to the SWZ.
7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of workmanship as well as functionality, free from material and structural defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 3IV to the SWZ.
