1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular of:
1) maintaining cleanliness in the buildings of Szpitala Giżyckiego Sp. z o. o.
2) in-hospital transport service, out-of-hospital transport to and from the outpatient clinic at 4 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Giżycko, as well as a hospital pharmacy and general warehouse;
3) performing assistance work on the patient, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
4) and providing and ensuring continuity of supply with:
(a) appropriate cleaning agents and appropriate hand disinfection and care products;
b) small equipment in the necessary quantity for the use of the above agents, e.g. soap dispensers, hand sanitizer and hand care dispensers, towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, toilet brushes, waste bins, containers for disinfecting ducks, swimming pools, bowls, wipers for passageways etc.

1) maintaining cleanliness in the buildings of Szpitala Giżyckiego Sp. z o. o., i.e. comprehensive, professional cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms specified in Annex 13 to the ToR;
2) in-hospital transport service, out-of-hospital transport to and from the outpatient clinic at 4 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Giżycko, as well as a hospital pharmacy and general warehouse, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
3) performing assistance work on the patient, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
4) and providing and ensuring continuity of supply with:
a) appropriate cleaning products, including: paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, plastic bags, and appropriate hand disinfection and care products;
b) small equipment in the necessary quantity for the use of the above agents, e.g. soap dispensers, hand sanitizer and hand care dispensers, towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, toilet brushes, waste bins, containers for disinfecting ducks, swimming pools, bowls, wipers for passageways etc.
