When evaluating the tenders, the Client uses the evaluation model: Commission model. The task is awarded to the tender with the best price-quality ratio. A minimum level of quality is set for the offers, which is why the offer must achieve at least 60% in points out of the maximum possible for quality. For offers that meet this requirement, the price-quality ratio is calculated.
