1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a license for the development of ICT infrastructure and integration of the system with e-services / RCMI for the Zofia z Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg.
2. The subject of the contract is implemented as part of the project entitled "Implementation of electronic medical documentation and launch of e-services for patients of the Zofia z Zamoyscy Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the years 2014 – 2020, Priority Axis II "Digital Podkarpacie" Measure 2.1. "Increasing the efficiency and availability of e-services".
1. The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) Delivery of a license for specialized software to operate a medical unit providing min. support for processes enabling the implementation of e-services: e-information, e-registration, ERP, EPN
2) Integration of the HIS system with e-services/RCIM. Execution of programming/adaptation/implementation/training works related to system integration with e-services/RCIM
3) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract is compatible with the software and IT systems owned by the Ordering Party.
2. The Contractor bears full material and legal responsibility for damages caused by the Ordering Party and third parties caused by its own actions resulting from the implementation of this Agreement.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2A to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, Annex 2B – Descriptions of integration interfaces and Annex 3 to the SWZ – Assortment and price form.
4. The parameters of the standard indicated by the Contracting Authority represent the technical, operational, usable, functional and other characteristics relevant to the subject of the order, while the specified brand or trade name specifies the class of the product rather than the specific manufacturer. The Contractor may offer equivalent products provided that they have no worse technical characteristics than those described and specified in the SWZ.
5. The terms used indicating trademarks, proper names, patents or the origin of the subject matter of the contract shall be read together with the words "or equivalent". The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor who refers to the use of equivalent solutions in the bid is obliged to demonstrate that the software licenses and solutions offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity.
6. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the contract.
7. The rules for the implementation of the contract in question are specified in the "Draft provisions of the contract" constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
