The purpose of this contract is to renew the contracts awarded by the Municipality of Chaudfontaine following the floods of July 2021 relating to the rental of modular spaces for schools and municipal services listed in the inventory in these specifications.

These are the following modular spaces:

1. Val School:

- Zone 1 – rue de la station 24 modules (6*3M) REZ+1 and 1 sanitary module

- Zone 2 – rue des écoles 24 modules (6*3M) REZ+1 and 1 sanitary module

- Zone 3 – large courtyard 18 modules (6*3M) REZ+1

2. Alderman of works – rue de la Vesdre 47 – 26 modules (6*3M) REZ+1

3. Tourism – Avenue des Thermes 78B – 4 modules (6*3M) REZ

4. PCS – rue de la Coopération 26-28 – 14 modules (6*3M) REZ

5. Ecole de Chaudfontaine – Avenue des Thermes 114 – 6 modules (6*3M) REZ and 1 sanitary module

The contract can be renewed 1 time.

In order to ensure equality between tenderers, the contracting authority shall attach to this contract copies of the plans of existing installations so that tenderers can understand the needs of the contracting authority. However, these are only indications and do not constitute an imposition on tenderers.
