The City of Leipzig, represented by the Transport and Civil Engineering Authority, is planning to replace the Raschwitz Bridge (IV/21) in Leipzig. Due to the current condition, the construction of a replacement building for the Raschwitz Bridge in the course of Koburger Straße over the Pleiße is necessary. The building is located in the Connewitz district.
The following services are to be awarded to an overall planner:
- Object planning bridge LPH 1-8,
- Objektplanung Verkehrsanlage LPH 1-8,
- Structural engineering LPH 2-6.
In addition, the scope of services includes the SiGeKo, the nature conservation accompanying planning, the landscape conservation implementation planning and environmental accompanying planning.
The construction time is given by the AG as 2028-2030.
Construction costs are currently estimated at EUR 10.2 million net (EUR 12.1 million gross). Planning services are scheduled to begin in January 2024.
The call for tenders will provide the basic services for:
- Object planning of civil engineering structures (OPL IBW) according to §43 HOAI
- Structural engineering (TWP) according to §51 HOAI
- Object planning of traffic facilities (OPL VA) according to §47 HOAI
- SigEko
- Naturschutzfachliche Begleitplanung
- Landscape conservation implementation planning
- Umweltbaubegleitung
awarded in stages as part of a negotiated procedure.
The step-by-step allocation is divided as follows:
1.Stufe: LPH 1-3 – OPL IBW, TWP, OPL VA, Naturschutzfachliche Begleitplanung
2.Stufe: LPH 4-7 – OPL IBW, TWP, OPL VA, SiGeKo (LPH 5), Landschaftspflegerischer Ausführungsplanung (LPH 1-7),
3.Stufe: LPH 8 – OPL IBW, TWP, SiGeKo, OPL VA, Umweltbaubegleitung
