It is the intention of the Rescue Zone Center to conclude a framework agreement with one service provider regarding the execution of descriptive soil research on the territory of The Rescue Zone Center at different locations during a period of 4 years.

In other words, the object of the assignment is to carry out soil investigations with regard to PFAS contamination in the context of the decree of 27 October 2006 on soil remediation and soil protection as well as the supervision of small actions that are possible during the execution of a descriptive soil investigation. These measures are limited to carrying out excavations.

This contract consists of one lot.

All conditions under which the Contractor will perform the assignments, such as execution periods, method of completion, fines, payment, etc., are set out in the Framework Agreement.

After the conclusion of a framework agreement, further orders can be placed under the application of the conditions laid down in the framework agreement.

The conclusion of an agreement on the basis of this specifications does not give the service provider a right of exclusivity. Centre may have other service providers performed by other service providers for the duration of the contract performance, identical or analogous to those described in this specification. The service provider cannot claim any remuneration on this basis.
