Framework Agreement on maintenance and renovation works in the public assets of the C.P.A.S. of Brusselslot 1: concerns all work in public heritage of the C.P.A.S.
These are mainly:
- maintenance, fitting-out and/or renovation work - including supplies and investments - aimed at the restoration of parts of buildings (structural works, completion, sanitary, electricity, heating and ventilation), as well as all works, supplies and accessories,
- occasional repair, repair, replacement work (masonry, drainage, carpentry, sanitary, electricity, heating and ventilation,...),
- incidentally, urgent intervention work requiring availability on the part of designated Adjs.
Lot 2 (Framework agreement relating to maintenance and renovation works in the private assets of the C.P.A.S. of Brussels- lot 2: concerns all works in the private heritage of the C.P.A.S.
These are mainly:
- maintenance, fitting-out and/or renovation work - including supplies and investments - aimed at the restoration of parts of buildings (structural works, completion, sanitary, electricity, heating and ventilation), as well as all works, supplies and accessories,
- occasional repair, repair, replacement work (masonry, drainage, carpentry, sanitary, electricity, heating and ventilation,...),
