1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of machinery, equipment and containers to the Selective Collection of municipal waste for the Municipality of Strzelno, to the extent and under the conditions set out in the SWZ. as well as in the template attached to the SWZ.

2) The Ordering Party divided the item of the order into five parts (Packages). The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders for any number of parts (Packages). The Contractor shall obtain a contract for those parts (Packages), for which he obtains the greatest number of points, in the criteria for evaluation of tenders applicable in the proceeding:

(a) Package I — Car Weight Delivery,

b) Il package — delivery of tractor,

c) Package III — Delivery of waste containers

d) Package IV — Delivery of the wood tree branches and trunks

e) Package V — Excavator Delivery - Chargers

3) A detailed description of the item of the order includes Annex 5 to SWZ — Description of the item of the order.

Package I — Delivery of a car weight that meets the following parameters:

• installation and delivery of a weight bridge at least 6 m

• tensometric sensor 4 pcs

• weight gauge

• bulk can

• wiring

• weight instruction

Package II - delivery of a tractor meeting the following parameters:

• Emission of exhaust gas: Euro V

• Engine: at least 4 cylinders

• Engine power: at least 75 km

• Gearbox with mechanical reverse,

• Mechanical lift with a lifting capacity of at least 2.3t

• Permissible mass of the pulled trailer according to approval of at least 6 tonnes

• Pneumatic brakes

• TOUGH

• Radio

Package III — Delivery of waste containers meeting the following parameters:

1) Containers 11001 - Type H - 3 pcs

2) Containers KP7 - Type G - 7 pcs

3) Low open container for construction and demolition waste - type F - 2 pcs.

4) Bulk Waste Container - Type D -1 pcs

5) Container for used electrical and electronic equipment - Type E -1 pcs.

6) Reuse waste container - Type B -1 pcs

7) Container for hazardous waste - Type C -1 pcs.

Package IV — Delivery of the wood tree branches and trunks that meet the following parameters:

• Branch diameter: at least [mm] 160

• Number of knives: 2 cutting + 2 support

• Checking capacity [m3/h]: at least up to 12

• Width of the wood chip [mm]: at least up to 11

• Cutting disc diameter [mm]: at least 550

• Minimum tractor power [HP]: at least 60

Package V — excavator delivery - charger that meets the following parameters:

• power over 100 kM

• digging depth of at least 6 m

• front torsion wheels, rear torsion wheels,

• total length up to 5.95 m

• minimum capacity 4l,

• hydraulic/hydrostatically assisted steering system, the possibility of emergency machine control

• drive wheels: front and rear equal with a minimum size of 28”

• fully adjustable, operator seat, equipped with seat belt

• wipers on the rear and windscreen,

• air conditioning

• Hydraulic system: oil flow at least 165 l/min, operating pressure at least 251 bar,

• loading height of at least 3.18 m,

• landing height of at least 2,69 m,

• maximum range at a full height of at least 1.17 m,

• load lifted to a full height of at least 4 378 kg,

• cutting strength of a spoon at least 6 590 kG,

• rip-off force on the shoulders of a spoon at least 5 730 kG,

• fork spacing of at least 0.2 — 2.17 m
