LOT 08 Shell construction work BA A1

The District Office of Central Saxony is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site.

The subject of the tender is the shell construction work in the interior of the main building. The shell construction work is divided into two construction phases. The subject of this invitation to tender is exclusively the work in construction phase A1. The tender includes demolition work on a chimney (ground floor to 2nd floor), several Menzel-L ceilings and various masonry walls.

Inside the building, the work includes the production, closing and enlargement of door openings/wall openings, insertion/closing of the existing ceiling by means of new reinforced concrete ceiling strips as well as the production of differently sized core holes, ceiling and wall openings.

In addition, a new basement access will be made in the outdoor area. For this purpose, the earthworks and the creation of the entire external staircase including openings into the interior of the building are part of this tender.
