The purpose of this procedure is the award, through a Framework Agreement, of "survey, digitalization, modeling, districtualization, research and control services of leaks in the water network as well as the supply and installation of monitoring systems for chemical-physical parameters in the territory of the municipalities managed by Gran Sasso Acqua S.p.A.".

In detail, the activities covered by the award, as explained in the "Special Tender Specifications", are the following:

• km of network digitized and imported into the company GIS system for the development of hydraulic modeling – secondary performance;

• km of modeled and calibrated network (by monitoring flow rates and pressures), with development of hydraulic analysis of functional outcomes and results – main performance;

• functional design of the districtualization of the different water systems (km of district network);

• pre-localization of water leaks with SAR technology or equivalent – secondary performance;

• localization of water leaks in the field (n. localized leaks) – secondary performance;

• identification of the most critical areas (RADN – Risk Assessment Drinking network) and definition of a decision support service for prioritization of maintenance and pipeline replacement interventions (IA – Infrastructure Assessment) – secondary service;

• installation of monitoring systems for the chemical-physical parameters of water (Early Warning System) – secondary performance.
