The contract concerns the procurement of financing aimed at ensuring the single Buyer's exercise of the functions of the Italian Central Storage Body (OCSIT) as provided by Legislative Decree no. 249 31.12.2012. The financing has the characteristics of Articles 2447-bis and 2447-decies of the Civil Code, as it will be intended exclusively to support the activities of OCSIT financially and, in particular, that relating to the purchase of specific stocks, including refinancing any indebtedness contracted for the purchase of specific stocks.

The maximum amount of funding requested to be disbursed is EUR 500 000 000.00 (five hundred million/00), also understood as the maximum amount of use.

The object of the contract is financing having the characteristics of articles 2447-bis and 2447-decies of the Civil Code, as it will be intended exclusively to support financially the activities of OCSIT and, in particular, that relating to the purchase of specific stocks, including refinancing any indebtedness contracted for the purchase of specific stocks.

The maximum amount of funding requested to be disbursed is EUR 500 000 000.00 (five hundred million/00), also understood as the maximum amount of use. Each competitor can participate in the tender for the entire financing or, for a single tranche of 100 000 000.00 EUR. The bid of EUR 100 000 000.00 (one hundred million/00) is a minimum requirement for participation and, for this reason, is required at an exclusion penalty.

The total estimated value of the contract is 16 500 000.00 EUR excluding VAT (sixteen million/five hundred thousand euros) for the entire duration of the financing, of which EUR 20 000.00 (twenty-thousand/00 euro) VAT excluded For each annuity of the duration of the financing for the agent activity (Agency Fee), the latter value is not subject to an auction downward.
