Gadebuscher Straße cycle facilities, lot 1 - planning services according to HOAI part 3 site planning, section 4 transport facilities, lot 2 - planning services in accordance with HOAI part 4 technical planning, section 2 technical equipment
Project planning traffic facilitiesThe tender “Gadebuscher Straße cycle facilities” consists of a total of 2 lots:
Lot 1 Transport facilities:
Part 1: Lübecker Straße junction, Gadebuscher Straße, Grevesmühlener Straße
Part 2: Gadebuscher Straße route
Lot 2 Technical equipment: Part 1: lighting system Gadebuscher Straße
Gadebuscher Straße is a main thoroughfare and maps the network of traffic to and from Gadebusch and B 104.
The junction is where the traffic on Lübecker Straße, Gadebuscher Straße and Grevesmühlener Straße converge. All three roads are main roads in the road network of the state capital Schwerin and are of central importance for managing traffic flows. The design speed is 50 km/h.
The aim of the plans is to improve cycling routes. Work phases 1 to 4 have already been completed for the node and form the basis of the call for tenders in lot 1, part 1.
For part 2 in lot 1, various leadership variants have already been examined in advance. The result of the extensive coordination is the attached concept, which is now to be planned further in the service phases 1-9 after HOAI 2021.
Gadebuscher Straße is to be divided along the route into the northern section and the southern section. Separate consideration and implementation is possible, as funding deadlines become relevant here.
In lot 2 part 1, the planning service for the renewal of the existing lighting system is to be provided. The lighting system to be planned is intended to cover both the secondary lanes and the motor vehicle roadway. 33 light points per side are roughly planned. For this purpose, service phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021 technical equipment must be provided.
Award criteria:
1. Quality of the subject-related approach - weighting: 60%, max. points: 3
2. Quality of the methodological and organizational approach - weighting 40%, max. points 3
The best price-performance ratio is determined as follows:
An applicant must score at least 80% of the possible points. If he succeeds, the points scored (P) are multiplied by a factor of 100,000 and divided by the offer price without additional costs (A). The result is the surcharge key figure (Z). The applicant with the highest award key figure receives the order:
Z = P x 100,000/A
